The Annual Burnside Ski Day held on February 28th, 2020 at Osler Bluff Ski Club is one for the history books! Fresh Ontario powder days don’t happen very often, but we were lucky enough for a perfectly timed winter storm. This storm made for terrible driving conditions, but perfect ski conditions. We had 81 people sign up, with a few last-minute cancellations, that number dropped to 74. Of the 74 people, 55 people battled the weather and closed roads for some epic skiing and snowshoeing!!
Thanks to all who attended and to those who contacted me to let me know that there were unable to make it due to road conditions. And a BIG Thank You to Burnside for covering our lunch and après snacks, it was delicious.
All in all, it was an amazing day, good food and great company.
See you again next year!
Engineering projects of all shapes and sizes.
