I am an experienced executive trained in engineering and project management with over 36 years of professional experience in infrastructure planning and engineering, in the public and private sectors including complex multi-discipline multi-national organisations and teams.

I have led infrastructure projects across the globe and managed local and international offices. I am also an International Advisor to local, regional, and federal agencies on infrastructure programming, planning, design, implementation, operations, and maintenance, with project and program costs in the billions of dollars.
