Country Residential Development
Copeland Creek Estates residential development was planned to address increased housing demands of the community.
A mix of pine and mature hardwood forest gives Copeland Creek Estates a true country setting. The subdivision is comprised of 125 large estate lots on a 175-hectare site. Several archaeological sites and natural watercourses will be preserved forever.
